Description

Ingredients

1 pound rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Velveeta cubes and stir until melted.

4. Stir in shredded mozzarella and mix until sauce is smooth and creamy.

5. Add the cooked chicken and stir until heated through and coated in sauce.

6. Add cooked rotini pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
