0.5 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions
1. Boil the pasta until al dente, about 8 to 9 minutes, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté in a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon butter until cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes; transfer to a plate.
