Description

This Crispy Garlic Air Fryer Broccoli turns simple florets into golden bites of flavor. Ready in minutes, it’s the ultimate low-effort side dish or healthy snack packed with garlicky crunch. Great on its own or served alongside proteins or grains.


Ingredients

1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly. Cut it into bite-sized, uniform florets.

2. In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat evenly.

3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread broccoli in a single layer in the basket.

4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and crisp.

5. Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon juice (if using). Serve immediately.

Notes
