Description

Ingredients

1 large French baguette or Italian loaf

0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

0.25 teaspoon salt

0.25 teaspoon black pepper

0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
