Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper
3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil until evenly coated
4. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture evenly on the baking sheet
5. Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the cheese layer
6. Roast for 18–22 minutes until crispy and golden
7. Cool slightly and serve warm
