These Salted Caramel Fudge Truffles are rich, indulgent bites of chocolatey goodness with a buttery caramel center and a touch of sea salt. Perfect for holidays, parties, or cozy nights in, they’re incredibly easy to make with no baking required.
Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
20 soft caramel candies
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Optional: crushed pretzels, cocoa powder, or melted chocolate for coating
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine caramel candies, heavy cream, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
2. Pour the hot caramel mixture over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla and sea salt. Cover and refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
4. Scoop and roll mixture into small balls using your hands.
5. Coat truffles in crushed pretzels, cocoa powder, or melted chocolate if desired. Sprinkle flaky salt on top.
Notes
Chill the mixture thoroughly before rolling to prevent stickiness.
Use a cookie scoop for even portion sizes.
