Description

This Easy Best Stuffing Meatloaf is the ultimate cozy dinner—juicy, flavorful, and packed with herby goodness from boxed stuffing mix. It’s an easy-to-make twist on a classic that everyone at the table will love.


Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (chicken or herb flavored)

2 large eggs

1 cup beef broth or water

1/2 cup ketchup

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, broth, ketchup, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Transfer mixture to loaf pan, shape evenly, and top with extra ketchup.

4. Bake for 55–60 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160°F.

5. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use the stuffing mix dry—no need to prepare it first.

Don’t overmix the meat to keep it tender.

Add shredded cheese for a richer version.
