Description

These Easy Cinnamon Rolls are soft, gooey, and ready in under 30 minutes with no yeast or rise time. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or last-minute dessert, with a cinnamon-sugar filling and smooth vanilla glaze.


Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup whole milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add milk and melted butter, stirring until a soft dough forms.

3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

4. Spread softened butter over the dough.

5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface.

6. Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.

7. Slice into 8 to 10 rolls and place in a greased baking dish.

8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

9. While warm, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

10. Drizzle glaze over the warm rolls and serve.

Notes

Use cold butter in the dough for a flakier texture.

Don’t overbake—watch for light golden color.

Add a splash of maple syrup to the glaze for extra warmth.
