Description

This Easy Crack Chicken Pasta is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy, and packed with savory bacon and ranch flavor. It’s quick to make, incredibly satisfying, and perfect for both weeknights and gatherings.


Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley optional for garnish


Instructions

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the chicken broth, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir in cream cheese and cook until smooth and melted.

3. Add the shredded chicken and half of the crumbled bacon into the skillet. Stir until everything is coated in the sauce.

4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and stir well to coat. Add in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and gooey.

5. Top with remaining bacon and chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save prep time.

Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to revive the creamy texture.

Turkey bacon is a great alternative if you’re looking to lighten it up.
