These Easy Italian Sliders are the ultimate party starter or quick dinner fix. With layers of deli meats, melty cheese, and buttery garlic topping, they bake to perfection in just minutes. Customizable and crowd-pleasing!
Ingredients
1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12-count)
0.5 lb sliced deli ham
0.5 lb sliced salami
0.5 lb sliced pepperoni
12 slices provolone cheese
0.25 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared dish.
4. Layer on the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly.
5. Top with the provolone cheese slices.
6. Add the top half of the rolls to form a slider sandwich.
7. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
8. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
11. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
12. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly shredded Parmesan for best flavor in the garlic butter.
Don’t skip the foil step—it ensures the cheese melts evenly before the tops crisp up.
These sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
