Description

This Easy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge recipe is a quick no-bake dessert made with semi-sweet chocolate and creamy marshmallow ribbons. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet snack, this fudge is rich, velvety, and easy for beginners to master.

Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow cream

Instructions

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter while stirring constantly until smooth.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dish and smooth it evenly.

5. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow cream on top and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.

7. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Use marshmallow cream instead of mini marshmallows for a smooth swirl.

Don’t let the chocolate boil—gentle heat is key.

Fully chill the fudge before cutting to get clean squares.
