Description

Effortless Chicken Garlic Parmesan is a quick and flavorful chicken dinner recipe with juicy chicken breasts, creamy Parmesan garlic sauce, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a family-friendly, weeknight meal everyone loves.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter

¾ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Pound slightly if thick.

2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

3. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and let it melt into a smooth sauce.

5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over each piece, and simmer 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor.

Don’t overcook the garlic; it can turn bitter quickly.

Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to maintain creaminess.
