Description

Soft, chewy, and whimsically topped, these Elf Spaghetti Cookie Bars are inspired by Buddy the Elf’s love of all things sweet. They’re a colorful, fun dessert that’s quick to make and guaranteed to spread holiday cheer at any gathering.

Ingredients

1 (16.5 oz) roll sugar cookie dough

1 cup mini marshmallows

0.5 cup red and green candy-coated chocolates

0.25 cup chocolate syrup

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Optional: crushed candy canes, white chocolate chips, or mini gummy bears

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan.

3. Bake for 18–20 minutes until edges are golden and center is soft.

4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

5. Add marshmallows, candy-coated chocolates, and optional toppings.

6. Drizzle chocolate syrup and scatter rainbow sprinkles on top.

7. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy lift-out and clean slices.

Let bars cool completely before cutting to avoid messiness.

Store in an airtight container to maintain softness.
