Ingredients

1 chicken breast

2 packs ramen noodles

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons chili oil

2 green onions, chopped

to taste salt and pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side. Slice into strips.

2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in chili oil and soy sauce; let it bubble briefly.

4. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
