Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
2. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border.
3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
4. Place rolls cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Beat the egg with a splash of water and brush over each roll.

7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
8. Serve warm with marinara sauce or enjoy as-is.
