Ingredients
4 ripe Roma tomatoes

1 jalapeño pepper
0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 lime (juiced)

Instructions
1. Dice the ripe Roma tomatoes into small, even pieces.
2. Finely chop the onion and rinse under cold water to mellow its bite.
3. Mince the jalapeño, removing seeds for milder heat.
4. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro leaves.
