Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites & Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is a bold and creamy dinner recipe featuring tender chicken, spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce, and perfectly curled pasta. This easy chicken pasta dish is a weeknight favorite and a comforting crowd-pleaser packed with flavor.

Ingredients

500g chicken breast

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

300g twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring to avoid burning.

5. Remove the chicken and set aside.

6. Boil salted water and cook twisted pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

7. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan.

8. Stir over medium heat until sauce is smooth and creamy. Add pasta water if needed.

9. Return pasta to skillet, toss to coat in sauce.

10. Add chicken back to the skillet, gently mix everything together.

11. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let flavors meld.

12. Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Don’t overcook the chicken or it’ll become dry.

Avoid burning the garlic by adding it last with reduced heat.

Add extra Cajun seasoning if you like it spicier.
