Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Tortellini and Garlic Sauce is a flavor-packed, comforting steak dinner perfect for weeknights. Juicy sirloin, garlic butter, cheesy tortellini, and parmesan cream sauce come together in a one-pan wonder. Great for easy dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

10 oz cheese tortellini

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Cut sirloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Mince garlic and chop parsley.

2. Boil tortellini according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak pieces in a single layer until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

4. Lower heat, melt butter in the skillet, and stir in minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream, add parmesan and Italian seasoning, and simmer until slightly thickened.

6. Toss cooked tortellini into the sauce until coated.

7. Return steak bites to skillet, toss in garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Use tender steak cuts like sirloin or ribeye for best flavor and texture.

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak to get a golden crust.

Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to maintain saucy texture.
