Description

Garlic Butter Steak with Cheesy Linguine in Four-Cheese Sauce is a decadent dinner recipe combining tender seared steak with creamy pasta. This easy garlic butter steak pasta is rich, comforting, and perfect for special meals.


Ingredients

1 ribeye steak

3 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons butter

8 ounces linguine

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fontina cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Take steak out 30 minutes before cooking, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat skillet over medium-high. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side. Add butter and garlic, baste steak, cook to desired doneness, and rest.

3. Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Drain, reserving pasta water.

4. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese in heavy cream over low heat. Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, and fontina until melted. Add pasta water if needed.

5. Toss pasta in cheese sauce. Slice steak against the grain and top pasta with steak and garlic butter.

Notes

Let steak rest before slicing for juicier results.

Use low heat for the cheese sauce to keep it creamy.

Always salt the pasta water for better flavor.
