Description

This Garlic Butter Tortellini in Creamy Sauce with Beef, Italian Sausage & Spinach is a one-pan creamy pasta packed with cheese tortellini, hearty meat, fresh spinach, and a garlic parmesan sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

1 package cheese tortellini (about 1012 oz)

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 pound Italian sausage

2 cups fresh spinach

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and remove meat from pan.

2. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, without browning.

3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and cook until slightly thickened.

4. Add cheese tortellini to the sauce. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until pasta is tender.

5. Return beef and sausage to the pan. Stir to combine and heat through.

6. Add spinach and gently stir until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Serve hot with extra Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Use refrigerated tortellini for the best texture and flavor.

Don’t overcook the garlic—it can turn bitter fast.

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating leftovers to revive the sauce.
