Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions

2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each into a 4-inch round.
3. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and cheese in the center of each round. Fold dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
4. Arrange bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Melt butter with minced garlic and brush over each bomb. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
7. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard.
Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for the juiciest filling.
Don’t overfill the dough or it may burst during baking.
For added flavor, try adding cooked bacon or sautéed onions.
