This Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup is an oversized version of the classic treat, featuring a thick, creamy peanut butter filling encased in rich milk chocolate. Perfect for parties or as a show-stopping dessert, it’s easy to make and even easier to love.
Ingredients
3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
2. Pour into a 9-inch tart pan and spread evenly across the base and sides. Chill for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla until thick and smooth.
4. Gently press the filling into the chilled chocolate shell in an even layer.
5. Melt the remaining 1 1/2 cups of chocolate and pour over the filling. Smooth the top.
6. Tap the pan to release bubbles and refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
7. Remove from pan, slice, and serve.
Notes
This dessert is rich—slice thin!
Use high-quality chocolate for a smoother melt and better flavor.
