Description
Golden Air Fryer Fries are crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded with flavor. Made with just a handful of ingredients and no deep frying, they’re the perfect healthier side or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 large Russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes (optional) and cut into 1/4-inch sticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain and pat the potatoes completely dry.
3. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
5. Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket. Don’t overcrowd.
6. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and toppings.
Notes
Soaking the potatoes is key to extra crispiness.
Don’t skip drying the fries—moisture = soggy!
Cook in batches for best air circulation and even browning.
