Description
These Halloween Brownies are rich, fudgy, and spookily decorated with candy eyeballs, sprinkles, and a drizzle of orange white chocolate. Perfect for parties, lunchbox surprises, or any ghoulish celebration.
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
1/3 cup candy eyeballs
1/4 cup candy corn (optional)
1/2 cup crushed Halloween Oreos (optional)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
orange food coloring (gel or liquid)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix or your recipe. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Mix and bake the brownie batter as directed.
2. Let the brownies cool completely. While they’re cooling, melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth. Stir in a few drops of orange food coloring.
3. Once cooled, drizzle the orange chocolate over the top. While it’s still wet, sprinkle on Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and crushed Oreos or candy corn if using. Press gently so they stick.
4. Place the brownies in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to help the decorations set. Then slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easy removal and cleaner cuts.
Decorate while the drizzle is still wet so toppings stick well.
Store in the fridge if your house is warm to keep toppings set.
