Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Chop the celery, red onion, and parsley. Halve the grapes and shred your chicken if you haven’t already.
2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the shredded chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and parsley into the bowl with the dressing. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
4. Taste and add more seasoning or lemon juice if desired.
5. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a colder salad. Enjoy in wraps, sandwiches, or on its own.

This salad gets better after chilling—let it sit a bit before serving.
