Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
8 oz Velveeta, cubed
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
0.5 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes or hot sauce for heat
Instructions
1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Fold in the sausage, Velveeta cubes, and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or toasted bread.
Notes
You can prep the dip ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
Try swapping cheddar with Monterey Jack or gouda for variety.
