Description

This Homemade Big Mac Sauce is the ultimate burger topping—creamy, tangy, and loaded with nostalgic flavor. Made with simple pantry ingredients and no preservatives, it’s perfect for burgers, sandwiches, fries, and more. A quick stir and a little chill time transform everyday meals into crave-worthy bites.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 pinch sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Add a small pinch of sugar if you prefer a touch of sweetness.

2. Transfer the sauce to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

3. Serve as a burger spread, sandwich sauce, or dipping sauce for fries and tenders.

Notes

Chill the sauce for at least an hour before using—it really boosts the flavor.

Swap sweet relish for dill if you prefer a more tart flavor.

Add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne if you like it spicy.
