Description

This bold and buttery Cowboy Butter is packed with garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, and fresh herbs with a kick of heat. It’s the ultimate dip, topping, or spread for grilled meats, veggies, bread, and more.


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Melt the butter until fully liquefied but not browned.

2. Stir in garlic while the butter is warm to soften it and enhance its flavor.

3. Mix in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, parsley, thyme, and paprika.

4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

5. Use immediately or cool and store in an airtight container or parchment log.
