Description

These Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are creamy, garlicky, and baked to golden perfection—perfect as an easy yet impressive appetizer. Ideal for parties, holidays, or whenever you crave a rich and savory bite.


Ingredients

20 medium white button or cremini mushrooms

8 oz cream cheese, softened

0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

0.25 tsp onion powder

0.25 tsp salt

0.25 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)


Instructions

1. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and set caps aside. Finely chop stems if you want to add them to the filling.

2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Fold in chopped mushroom stems if using.

3. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, slightly overfilling. Sprinkle with panko if desired.

4. Arrange on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden.

5. Let cool slightly. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.

Notes

Use firm, dry mushrooms for best texture.

For added crunch, use panko on top before baking.

You can make them ahead—just stuff and chill until baking time.
