Description

Keto Crockpot Crack Chicken is the ultimate low-carb comfort meal—rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. Packed with tender shredded chicken, smoky bacon, and cheesy ranch flavor, it’s perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix

8 ounces cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

0.25 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.

2. Add cubed cream cheese over the chicken.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 4 hours.

4. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crockpot and mix with melted cream cheese.

5. Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, then cover for 5–10 minutes until cheese melts.

6. Top with green onions and serve hot over cauliflower rice, in wraps, or with veggies.

Notes

This freezes beautifully—store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Use boneless thighs instead of breasts for richer flavor.

Add jalapeños or hot sauce if you love spice!
