Ingredients
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Natural food coloring (pink, purple, blue, etc.)

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles or edible glitter
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Taste and adjust sweetness.
2. Divide the yogurt into 3–4 bowls and add different food colorings to each. Stir until pastel colors form.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dollop yogurt in spoonfuls and swirl with a knife or toothpick.
4. Sprinkle the top with berries, chia seeds, coconut, and sprinkles.
5. Freeze for at least 3 hours until completely firm.
6. Break into pieces and serve straight from the freezer. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
Greek yogurt holds the best texture and swirl pattern.
Use natural food colorings for a chemical-free alternative.
Keep pieces separated with parchment paper when freezing to avoid sticking.
