Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thigh
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
8 oz pasta of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden.
3. Add garlic and soy sauce, then pour in maple syrup. Let it bubble until the glaze thickens.
4. In a separate pan, melt butter and add garlic. Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning.
5. Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese until the Alfredo sauce is smooth and creamy.
6. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and mix into Alfredo sauce.
7. Serve pasta topped with maple garlic chicken bites. Add more Parmesan or red pepper flakes as desired.
