Description

Silky, rich, and infused with a refreshing peppermint twist, this Mint Chocolate Fudge is the ultimate easy treat for holidays or anytime chocolate cravings hit. No thermometer needed—just melt, swirl, and chill!

Ingredients

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Green food coloring (optional, for swirl)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract, vanilla, and salt.

4. For a swirl effect, reserve a few spoonfuls of fudge and tint with green food coloring.

5. Spread the main mixture into the pan, dollop the green mixture on top, and swirl with a knife.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the smoothest texture.

Don’t skip the parchment—makes removal a breeze.

Swirl quickly before the fudge starts to firm up.
