Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese cubed
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
0.5 cup unsalted butter sliced
0.5 cup sliced pepperoncini
0.5 cup sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
3. Layer the cubed cream cheese, butter slices, mushrooms, and pepperoncini on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
