Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lime zest
¾ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt or cake pan.
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in orange, lemon, and lime zest.
6. In another bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla.
7. Alternate adding dry ingredients and wet mixture into the batter.
8. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
9. Bake for 40–50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
10. Cool completely before glazing or serving.
Notes
Use fresh citrus juice and zest for the best flavor.
Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake soft.
