A rich, creamy No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust and decadent chocolate filling. Perfect for entertaining or as an easy make-ahead dessert—no oven required!
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and beat until fluffy.
4. Mix in the melted chocolate.
5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture in batches.
7. Spoon filling over crust and smooth the top.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
Notes
Always use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth texture.
Chill overnight for the firmest, creamiest results.
Garnish with berries or whipped cream right before serving.
