Ingredients
2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix crushed pretzels, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until combined.
2. Stir in chopped peanuts if using.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into clusters.
4. Press gently to shape each one.
5. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.
6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over clusters.
7. Chill again for 10 minutes to set chocolate.
8. Garnish with sea salt if desired and serve.
Notes
Use maple syrup for a vegan version.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
For added crunch, increase chopped peanuts or use crunchy peanut butter.
