Description
These No-Bake Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings are a quick and festive treat made with marshmallows, chocolate, and crispy cereal. They’re decorated like mini holiday puddings—perfect for parties, gift boxes, or a fun kitchen activity with the kids.
Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Red and green mini M&Ms or festive sprinkles
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and milk chocolate chips together until smooth.
2. Stir in the mini marshmallows and continue mixing until fully melted and combined.
3. Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
4. While warm, form into golf ball-sized rounds using greased hands or a scoop. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
6. Drizzle white chocolate over the tops to resemble pudding icing.
7. Decorate with red and green M&Ms or festive sprinkles. Let cool and set completely.
Notes
Use greased hands to shape the balls without sticking.
