This No-Bake Turtle Lasagna Dessert is a dreamy layered treat with chocolate pudding, caramel, whipped topping, and a graham cracker crust. It’s creamy, crunchy, and totally indulgent—perfect for holidays or weeknight sweet cravings. No oven required!
Ingredients
2 cups crushed graham crackers
0.5 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
0.25 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping, divided
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
0.5 cup chopped pecans
0.33 cup caramel sauce
0.25 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
1. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture evenly into a 9×9-inch dish. Place in the fridge to set while preparing the layers.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this over the crust layer.
3. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
4. Gently spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
5. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly across the top. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate chips (or chocolate sauce) over everything. Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Notes
Let the dessert chill for a minimum of 4 hours to set properly.
Use stabilized whipped cream if substituting Cool Whip.
Add a pinch of flaky salt for a salted caramel twist.
