Description

Decadent, creamy, and layered with caramel, chocolate, and pecans, these No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes deliver bite-sized indulgence without needing an oven. They’re perfect for parties or anytime sweet cravings strike.

Ingredients

18 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

0.5 cup caramel sauce

0.5 cup chopped pecans

0.5 cup chocolate chips, melted

sea salt flakes, optional for topping

Instructions

1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottoms of a lined muffin pan to form crusts. Chill to set.

2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheese mixture.

3. Spoon the filling onto the crusts and smooth the tops. Chill for at least 3 hours or until firm.

4. Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate over each cheesecake. Top with pecans and sea salt if using.

Notes

Use double-stuffed Oreos for a sweeter crust.

Let cheesecakes chill overnight for best results.

Add sea salt only just before serving to keep it crisp.
