Old Bay Shrimp Burritos bring coastal flavor straight to your table with perfectly seasoned shrimp, creamy slaw, and fresh toppings all tucked into a warm tortilla. It’s quick, easy, and full of spice, making it a go-to for seafood nights or flavorful lunch wraps.

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup shredded lettuce

0.5 cup diced tomatoes

0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

0.25 cup sour cream

0.25 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Toss shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and crisp.

3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce.

4. Warm tortillas. Layer with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce.

5. Add shrimp to each burrito, fold sides in, and roll tightly. Sear in skillet if desired.

Notes

Pat shrimp dry before seasoning to ensure a crisp sear.

Use low-carb tortillas or make a burrito bowl for a lighter option.

Add pickled onions or avocado for extra flavor and texture.
