Ingredients
1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 oz pasta (egg noodles or fettuccine)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a gentle boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8–10 minutes until tender.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat.
6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use sirloin or ribeye for tender, flavorful steak bites.
Don’t overcrowd the skillet when searing steak. Cook in batches.
Add a splash of milk or broth when reheating leftovers to keep noodles creamy.
