Description
These Orange Creamsicle Truffles taste like summer in one creamy, citrusy bite. Made with crushed vanilla sandwich cookies, cream cheese, orange zest, and dipped in silky white chocolate, they’re perfect for gifting, parties, or simply indulging yourself.
Ingredients
24 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 tsp orange zest
1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Optional orange food coloring and extra zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Pulse the Golden Oreos in a food processor until finely ground, or crush them in a bag using a rolling pin.
2. Mix the crushed cookies with cream cheese, orange extract, and zest until a smooth dough forms. Chill if needed.
3. Roll the mixture into 18–20 balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler. Add food coloring if desired.
5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and return to tray.
6. Sprinkle with zest or sprinkles before chocolate sets. Chill to firm.
Notes
Use high-quality orange extract for best flavor.
Chill dough if it feels too soft to roll.
Store in fridge for a week or freeze up to 2 months.
