Description
This Oreo Ice Cream Cake Delight is the ultimate no-bake frozen treat. Featuring a buttery Oreo crust, creamy vanilla ice cream, rich fudge layers, and fluffy whipped topping, it’s perfect for any celebration or sweet tooth emergency.
Ingredients
1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
1 jar (11-12 oz) hot fudge sauce
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
1. Crush 2/3 of the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
2. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze again for 30–45 minutes until firm.
4. Slightly warm the fudge sauce and drizzle over the ice cream layer.
5. Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the fudge.
6. Spread whipped topping over everything. Add more Oreo crumbs if desired.
7. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
8. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
This dessert can be made up to 3 days in advance.
