These Oreo Overnight Oats are creamy, chocolatey, and packed with protein and fiber. The perfect make-ahead breakfast that tastes like dessert but keeps you energized all morning.
Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: additional Oreo crumbles for topping
Instructions
1. In a jar or airtight container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and half the crushed Oreos.
2. Add milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
3. Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. In the morning, stir the oats and top with the remaining Oreo crumbles.
5. Optionally, add a splash of milk or extra yogurt before serving.
Notes
Let the oats sit longer if you prefer a softer texture.
Use flavored Oreos like Mint or Golden for a twist.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less maple syrup.
