Description
A playful no-bake dessert, these Oreo Sushi Rolls combine crushed Oreos and cream cheese into chocolatey spirals. Fun to make, easy to serve, and perfect for kids or parties.
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies
4 oz cream cheese, softened
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Optional melted chocolate or white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, crush them in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Roll the dough between two parchment sheets into a thin rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for 20 minutes. Then trim edges and slice into long strips.
5. Roll each strip into a spiral to create the sushi effect.
6. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Chill for another 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use classic Oreos for best texture and rolling ease.
Chill the dough before cutting to keep shapes clean.
Add a layer of peanut butter or Nutella before rolling for a flavor boost.
