Pickle Pizza is a bold and cheesy twist on your traditional pie—loaded with garlic Alfredo sauce, melted mozzarella, and tangy dill pickles. A flavor bomb that’s quirky, craveable, and ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza crust
0.5 cup garlic Alfredo sauce
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup dill pickle slices (thick cut)
0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (or according to your crust directions). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
2. Spread garlic Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge.
3. Add shredded mozzarella and provolone over the sauce. Top with thick-cut dill pickle slices.
4. Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes (if using) over the toppings. Brush crust edges with olive oil.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden.
6. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Use thick deli-style pickles to retain crunch when baked.
For extra kick, try spicy dill pickles or add jalapeños.
To avoid sogginess, pat pickles dry before adding to the pizza.
