Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
2. Pat the chicken thighs dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange the thighs on the baking sheet in a single layer with space between.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook to 165°F internal temp.
5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crisp edges, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
