Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

3/4 cup milk of choice

2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Optional toppings: sliced banana, crushed Biscoff cookies, cinnamon, chia seeds

Instructions

1. In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, milk, Biscoff spread, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Stir well before serving. Add your favorite toppings like banana slices or crushed Biscoff cookies.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture.

Add a splash of milk if the oats are too thick after chilling.

For extra richness, try it with coconut milk or whole milk.
