Description

Ranch Garlic Parm Chicken Skewers are juicy, savory, and packed with bold flavor in every bite. Tender chicken is coated in ranch seasoning, cooked until golden, then brushed with a rich garlic Parmesan butter that makes these skewers perfect for easy dinners, cookouts, or casual family meals.

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 wooden or metal skewers

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into even bite size pieces. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.

2. Place the chicken in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Add the ranch seasoning mix, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.

4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between the pieces.

5. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning often, until the chicken reaches 165°F. You can also bake at 425°F for 18 to 22 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

6. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and lemon juice.

7. Brush the hot skewers generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.

8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for extra juicy skewers.

Do not pack the chicken too tightly on the skewers or it may steam instead of brown.

Brush with the garlic Parmesan butter right after cooking for the best flavor and texture.
